
這兩天因為有人又寫信給EA, 可是EA說不會將那15%的錢退回給我們.
所以我就又寫信給EA請她們至少要將那15% 給我們 SimPoints當補償吧!
剛剛收到EA的回信, 他說每個人在9月份有購買的都必須要自己寫信給她們關於這件事.
這樣他就可以幫我們加那15%喔!
我已經收到了喔!

雖然不是很滿意, (因為她們應該主動做這件事情, 或是要在官網上註明) 但是有總比沒有的好吧!
I purchased SimPoints in September, actually, I purchased almost every month. And because there's 15% off in September, I have purchased more. Anyhow, I'm not sure if this only happened to me, but I couldn't use the 15% code.
So, I am not really happy able it, I wrote to EA about this. They told me that the code isn't working. They aren't able to refund the money, they will; however, give us some SimPoints for the 15% discount we were supposed to get. So, just write them yourself and you will get the compensation. :D
Even though, I'm not really happy about the way EA handle this. What I meant is they need to put a notice somewhere in the Sims 3 website to let people know about it. Well, but at least, you and I can get some back...
